Your Bright Stash account is a secure financial account with funds up to $250,000, FDIC-insured and secured by bank-level encryption. When Bright moves funds from your checking account, your funds are stored in your Bright Stash account. Bright uses those funds to make your card payments or to build your savings with Bright. You can always adjust how much Bright moves into your Stash account, and once they’re posted, you can withdraw them at any time, moving funds back to your checking account. “Bright Stash Account” has been previously called the 'Bright Account,' which has all the same features and security.
